I've been running Vista Enterprise with VS 2005 for a month or so now and, while I don't do any heavy duty VS development I certainly haven't experienced any problems. There was some confusion among the developer community (Including myself). Since VS was released way back in 2005 the compatibility issues have now been resolved with VS SP1.
