After being unable to make it to WordCamp Australia late last year I’ve been waiting for a New Zealand event and here it is! WordPress lovers everywhere should add it to you calendars, WordCamp NZ, August 8-9 2009 at the Mt. Victoria Bowling Club right here in Wellington. Matt Mullenweg is keynoting which should be awsome and I’m sure there will be plenty of other great speakers lined up over the coming weeks.
No.1 on my wishlist for speakers/topics I’d like to see covered would be Andy Peatling of BuddyPress fame as I think this is the single most exciting development in the world of WordPress right now.
